He was really calm and even tempered. He gave us insight into the market and I really appreciated that he didn't pressure us to offer "more, more, more" just so we could get a rental. He wanted to make sure that we were getting a good investment and not just offering a ridiculous amount over asking just so we could get a property. I felt like he cared about us for the long term. I would recommend Jay!
Stayed in touch with us for over a year since we lived out of town and kept us informed as to what was going on in the market. We enjoyed his quick wit and since of humor. I would highly recommend him.
