He was really calm and even tempered. He gave us insight into the market and I really appreciated that he didn't pressure us to offer "more, more, more" just so we could get a rental. He wanted to make sure that we were getting a good investment and not just offering a ridiculous amount over asking just so we could get a property. I felt like he cared about us for the long term. I would recommend Jay!

Stayed in touch with us for over a year since we lived out of town and kept us informed as to what was going on in the market. We enjoyed his quick wit and since of humor. I would highly recommend him.

Jay was attentive, honest, and extremely helpful every step of the way. He was great at explaining some of the complexities in our contracts and was always able to get a laugh or two out of us at some of the most stressful times in our lives. He is genuine and always had our best interest in mind. We were in great hands with Jay, and I cannot recommend his services enough!

Jay made the whole move go super smooth though - he had such great market knowledge and really listened to what we needed. His responsiveness was amazing and he handled all the details while keeping us calm throughout everything. Would definitely recommend Jay to anyone looking in this area!
